Weinhof Sankt Anna, Urziger Wurzgarten Riesling Kabinett Feinherb (2015)
From 22 year old vines planted on red slate facing south. Grapes are hand-harvested in early October and partially selected at the time. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel for seven weeks and spends time on the lees until January.
